I agree to the terms and conditions provided by Manageable Marketing Solutions. I understand that all support requests must be submitted through the official support system and that requests sent outside of this system may not be tracked or scheduled.
I acknowledge that all work is subject to time tracking and, depending on my program, may be applied toward included time or billed at the applicable rate. I understand that unused time does not roll over and that additional work may require approval before proceeding.
I understand that if I am not currently enrolled in a marketing program or have not purchased a support package, I will be billed at a rate of $25.00 per hour for any additional work requested.
I understand that support is provided Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, and that all requests are reviewed upon submission to determine priority. Non-emergency requests are handled within a 24-hour window during business hours (this applies to review and scheduling, not guaranteed completion time). Emergency requests are limited to critical issues such as outages or broken functionality.
